Caleb started at Nix Industrial as a sandblast apprentice, learning the fundamentals of surface preparation and industrial coatings through hands-on work.
As he developed his skills, he moved into coating roles, gaining experience across different processes and building a strong understanding of how projects move through the shop. Over time, he stepped into coordination and leadership responsibilities.
