Tools & Equipment You’ll Work With

Our fabrication teams work with modern equipment designed to support precision and productivity.

Skills We Look For

You don’t need to know everything on day one. Many of our team members build their skills over time.

Common skills in fabrication roles include:

  • MIG / TIG / Stick welding

  • Blueprint and fabrication drawing interpretation

  • Metal fitting and layout

  • Grinding and finishing

  • Equipment operation and safe material handling

  • Attention to detail and craftsmanship

Typical Career Path

Fabrication Intern / Apprentice
Learn shop safety, basic welding processes, and fabrication fundamentals while working alongside experienced team members.

Fabricator / Welder
Perform welding and fabrication work on structural components, assemblies, and repair projects.

Senior Fabricator / Shop Lead
Handle complex fabrication projects, mentor newer team members, and help coordinate shop workflow.

Shop Foreman / Coordinator
Lead a team of fabricators, oversee project execution, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Production or Operations Leadership
Opportunities to move into operations leadership, project management, or specialized technical roles.

Many of our leaders started on the shop floor and built their careers through experience and dedication.

Training & Skill Development

A Day in the Shop
