Lance started his career at Nix Industrial on the shop floor as a welder and fabricator, building a strong foundation in hands-on work and understanding how projects come together.

As he gained experience, he stepped into leadership roles within the shop, taking on more responsibility and helping guide teams. Over time, his path shifted into production support, where he now focuses on quick turnaround projects.

Today, as QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) Coordinator, Lance plays a key role in helping projects needing fast turnaround get in and out the door effectively, keeping strong quality.
